長野県で体験型観光コンテンツの企画・運営を実施する(株)信州未来づくりカンパニー（本社：松本市安曇、代表取締役：松嶋豪）は、(一社)松本市アルプス山岳郷（事業所：松本市安曇、代表理事：斎藤元紀）と連携し、長野県松本市で実施しているアウトドアダイニング事業「乗鞍 星と月のレストラン」のご予約受付を開始いたします。今年度はレストランの一般開催日程は2025年9月1日～10月31日と変更、６月1日～は６名以上の団体のお客様のご予約を承ります。
乗鞍 星と月のレストランは完全予約制のグランピングディナーとなり、ご予約は信州未来づくりカンパニーHPより受け付けています。会場となる乗鞍高原一の瀬園地の大自然に溶け込んだ大型の透明ドームNorikura Nature Domeで、疲れた日々を忘れ、非日常のひとときをお楽しみいただけます。
Shinshu Mirai Creation Company Launches Reservations for “Norikura Star & Moon Restaurant” Outdoor Dining Experience in Matsumoto, Nagano
Shinshu Mirai CreationCompany, Inc. (Head Office: Azumi, Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture; CEO: Tsuyoshi Matsushima), a regional company specializing in experiential tourism in Nagano Prefecture, is pleased to announce the opening of reservations for its signature outdoor dining experience, Norikura Star & Moon Restaurant. This project is operated in partnership with the Matsumotoshi Alps Sangakukyo Association (Office: Azumi, Matsumoto City; Representative Director: Motoki Saito).
The 2025 public dining season will run from September 1 to October 31, with group reservations (for six or more guests) available starting June 1.
Norikura Star & Moon Restaurant offers a glamping-style dinner experience in a fully reserved format. Reservations can be made via the Shinshu Mirai Zukuri Company official website.
Guests will enjoy an extraordinary evening inside the Norikura Nature Dome, a large transparent dome set in the heart of the pristine Ichinose Enchi area of Norikura Highlands. Surrounded by the grandeur of nature, diners are invited to leave the bustle of daily life behind and savor a truly unforgettable moment under the stars.

An Immersive Dining Experience in Nature with the Frameless Transparent “AURA DOME”
The Norikura Star & Moon Restaurant offers an exclusive dinner program that allows guests to dine in comfort while surrounded by the panoramic beauty of the natural landscape-all from within the frameless, transparent AURA DOME. This unique dome structure provides a fully enclosed yet visually open space, delivering breathtaking 360° views of the surrounding highlands.
Fully reservation-only, the experience ensures complete privacy and a sense of escape from the everyday. Guests can savor a locally inspired menu featuring delicacies such as wild mountain vegetables, seasonal ingredients, and Shinshu Premium Wagyu beef, all sourced from the region. Carefully paired with fine beverages and served by warm, knowledgeable local concierges, the experience invites guests to enjoy the richness of Shinshu hospitality.

今年度の星と月のレストランは、9月1日（月）～10月31（金）2ヵ月間の期間限定でご予約受付いたします。６月1日からは団体のお客様(6名以上)のご予約を承っておりますので、ご要望ございましたらお問い合わせ、ご予約お待ちしております。
Limited-Time Reservations Open for the 2025 Season of Norikura Star & Moon Restaurant
This year’s Norikura Star & Moon Restaurant will be open for a limited two-month period, from Monday, September 1 to Friday, October 31, 2025.
Reservations for groups of six or more are now being accepted starting June 1.
